Families and friends are invited to join naturalist, Pam Newitt, at beautiful Snipes Farm to learn about the fascinating world of fireflies.  We will learn about the different kinds of fireflies, how they communicate and how we can protect them.  After making a simple firefly catcher, we will head outside to examine them in the field.  All fireflies will be released unharmed.  This event will be cancelled in case of rain.
