4th Saturday Nature Walk
May 27 Family Nature Walk: Flower Pollinator Adventure!
Come to Snipes Farm exploding with beauty and blooming with flowers for
an adventure with your whole family!
Join Melanie Douty-Snipes, Director of Education, to explore the shape,
color and scent of our flowers of plants big and small to learn what kinds of
crawling and flying creatures might pollinate them. Spoiler alert: It’s not just
bees! This nature walk is appropriate for children 5 and up. The terrain is
not suitable for strollers.

Place: Meet at the Big Red Barn promptly at 10 am
Duration: 90 minutes
Cost: $5 per person (children and adults)
Children ages 5 and up are welcome, but they must be accompanied by an
adult.
Special requirements for dress or materials: This event is outdoors.
Please dress for the weather. Wear sturdy footwear to walk on the farm or
in the woods.
