List of expected CSA veggies and fruits for 2012
Snipes Farm has over 30 acres of land dedicated to growing local, healthy, nutrient dense, sustainable produce. We offer a CSA program, Pick Your Own Fruit, and distribution to local schools and restaurants.
Our CSA program runs from June to November and costs $650. Half shares are available for $350. Half-share members pick up their share every other week.
Volunteer Hours
Join us for the following Volunteer Days at Snipes Farm and Education Center. Help with early spring tasks on the farm as we prepare the fields for planting. Help the apple orchard produce fruit, enjoy the comraderie and the great outdoors together! Dress for outdoor weather, boots and gloves are helpful.Saturday April 14 - 8am to 11am. Field prep, orchard blossom thinning
Saturday April 28 - 8am to 11am. Transplanting, orchard thinning, potato planting.
